Due to the difficult nature of disassembling some lights there is a chance of cosmetic damage. Any lights with press fit drivers or retaining rings may be rejected due to difficulty / potential damage. If we decide its too risky we will not proceed but any damage incurred will not be our responsibility (we will discuss any concerns with you before proceeding). 

In the event we receive a light and we are unable to offer the service a full or partial refund will be given minus the cost of return shipping £3.99 for item under 1kg within the UK. Price to be agreed over 1kg or outside the UK before return is processed.
